Cardigan Sakura DE

A touch of spring and cherry blossom! This is a beautiful textured jacket. Cardigan Sakura is classy, timeless and elegant. The pattern has a lot of texture and elasticity. Soft, silky and delicate like cherry blossom for your skin! Merino wool, silk and cashmere together make a great combination for this year-round cardigan. The cardigan is knitted in rows bottom up to the sleeves in one piece without seams. The front and back are knitted separately. The button band is worked at the same time as the fronts. The sleeves are also knitted from bottom up and sewn on. If you do not want to knit a waist belt, you will use less yarn.

The yarn in the picture is from Schulana "Bella fine" (out of stock): 70% merino wool, 20% silk, 10% cashmere, 50 g / 115m, 21 sts x 28 rows = 10x10cm. As an alternative to this yarn, you can use our ‘Cotton Silk’ yarn made from organic cotton 85% and silk 15%, approx. 50 g / 140 m. Or ‘Indiecita DK Baby Alpaca’ made from the finest baby alpaca 100% 50g / 113 m.
